MEET OUR TEAM
"This job is by no means a walk in the park, but you do get to walk in a lot of parks."
Working for aebal...
.......is uniquely rewarding, meaningful and also great fun! We get to help some wonderful human beings improve their mental health, well-being and independence by organising numerous activities out in the mainstream community!
It's extremely important to us that all our staff have a genuine passion for social care, helping others and enjoy what they do!
Due to the type of support we offer, the majority of our Community Support Coordinators (CSCs) and behind the scenes staff work flexibly. We have a great team ethic at aebal and our team all work in unison to ensure our members feel happy and comfortable no matter who is supporting them.

Jason Bradley | Service Director The inventor of aebal and passionate about improving mental well-being through meaningful social connections and a sense of belonging. Not as organised as Gemma. Wears shorts from March to November (depending on climate change).

Mark Bradley | Finance Officer Manages the numbers and also loves organising steam train based Saturday Road Trips
