MEET OUR TEAM
"This job is by no means a walk in the park, but you do get to walk in a lot of parks."
Working for aebal...
.......is uniquely rewarding, meaningful and also great fun! We get to help some wonderful human beings to improve their mental health and well-being through numerous community based activities.
We ensure all our staff have a genuine passion for social care and helping others and also enjoy their own existence!

Due to the type of support we offer, the majority of our Community Support Coordinators (CSCs) and behind the scenes staff work flexibly. We have a great team ethic and all chip in to help each other out and ensure our clients feel happy and comfortable no matter who is supporting them.

Jason Bradley | Service Director The inventor of aebal and passionate about improving mental well-being through meaningful social connections and a sense of belonging. Not as organised as Gemma. Wears shorts from March to November (depending on climate change).

Gemma Toulson | Service Director Conscientious, kind, organised and a natural born leader. Gemma is a fantastic support to clients and staff alike. Somehow, she also goes to the gym 6 times a week before dawn and spends most of her free time peeling sweet potatoes.

Amy Nuttall | Business Manager The backbone of aebal and friend of the stars (mainly Joe Wicks)

Mark Bradley | Finance Officer Manages the numbers and also loves organising steam train based Saturday Road Trips

Adele Rossin | Part-time CSC A wonderfully compassionate person who really understands our clients and comes up with great session ideas to boost their confidence! Loves a bit of pottery too

Sanna Imtiaz | Part-time CSC Social Care Graduate and Mum of two, Sanna has been with aebal for 5 years now and has always understood and embraced what aebal stands for.

Sophie Kernaghan | Part-time CSC A very capable and competent 22 year old with a strong belief in double checking. Kind, approachable and funny, she always carries a positive presence on sessions. Currently doing her Masters at The University of Nottingham and also likes to run about doing half marathons.

Jago Higgins | Full-time CSC Our newest member of the team and Psychology Graduate from Trent University. Adaptable yet punctilious, Jago has thrown himself into the sessions, activities and aebal ethos and quickly established himself as a reliable and resourceful all rounder. A Lincolnshire born lad he loves a spot of fishing and recently spent a few days in Cornwall living off crabs.

The client's favourite members of the team! Creatures that are bound to Jason and Gemma and often join the walking group sessions. Maple is in her training period and still remains quite oblivious to the outside world.
