.......is uniquely rewarding, meaningful and also great fun! We get to help some wonderful human beings to improve their mental health and well-being through numerous community based activities.
We ensure all our staff have a genuine passion for social care and helping others and also enjoy their own existence!

Due to the type of support we offer, the majority of our Community Support Coordinators (CSCs) and behind the scenes staff work flexibly. We have a great team ethic and all chip in to help each other out and ensure our clients feel happy and comfortable no matter who is supporting them.
Jason Bradley | Service Director The creator of aebal and a happy yet often exhausted man! Loves to be on the sessions and not on his laptop. Wears shorts from March to October.
Gemma Toulson | Service Director The engine room of aebal and a fantastic support to clients and staff alike! She also likes burpees (perhaps too much)
Amy Nuttall | Business Manager The backbone of aebal and friend of the stars (mainly Joe Wicks)
Mark Bradley | Finance Officer Manages the numbers and also loves organising steam train based Saturday Road Trips
Joe Lyons | Senior CSC Kai's favourite staff member and an all round positive and fun human being who brings the best out of our clients! Will get stuck into every activity, although he gets quite disgruntled if the Friday walk isn't a loop....it needs to be a loop.
Adele Rossin | Senior CSC A wonderfully compassionate person who really understands our clients and comes up with great session ideas to boost their confidence! Loves a bit of pottery too
Will Rhodes | Part-Time CSC A happy, chilled and competent fella with a real passion for social care. Currently studying to be a Social Worker. Used to be a lead singer in a band but still refuses to sing to Little Mix on the Wednesday Karaoke session
Sanna Imtiaz | Part-Time CSC Social Care Graduate and Mum of two, Sanna has been with aebal for 5 years now and has always understood and embraced what aebal stands for.
Courtney Clark | Part-Time CSC A fun loving, caring and very popular new member to the team. Fellow Social Work student of Will, clients enjoy some great banter between the two of them on the Saturday Road Trips, generally at the expense of Will!
