aebal is a Nottingham-based independent organisation providing social support for adults with mental health problems, autism and learning disabilities.
We specialise in small groups and one to one support in the community and we run our sessions in the day time, evening and at weekends.

"The focus for all aebal support is 100% about the interests and social needs of each person. Our active staff have helped people to do such things as join an archery club, acquire an allotment, set up online banking and open a savings account, volunteer at an animal shelter, do a sponsored run, attend Rock City gigs, create a photography portfolio, learn how to cook a Chilli or it might be as simple as getting out the house and going for a walk and a chat by the river.
