aebal is a Nottingham based Care, Support and Enablement service (CSE) specialising in small group support, community integration and social outcomes.
We are also experienced in providing one to one mentoring to help our clients work through difficult thoughts and feelings around identity and finding their place in a neurotypical world.
We provide mainstream community activities to help promote mental, physical and emotional well-being.
Our approach is to provide progressive and unconventional support for unconventional people.
We work creatively with each person to help them develop happier and healthier mindsets, reduce depression and anxiety and become more confident and independent out in the community.
Our service is accessed by adults and young people with mental health conditions, autism and mild to moderate learning disabilities.
